A person was held up at gunpoint and shot within the chest by a robber who took his iPhone in Hollywood Wednesday morning, police stated.
Officers responded to a report of a person down within the 1000 block of North Highland Avenue round 3 a.m., a Los Angeles Police Division spokesperson confirmed.
An unidentified man in his 30s was discovered on the location with a gunshot wound to his higher physique.
