Liberty National Golf Club Names Stephen Yen Executive Chef – FSR magazine

Liberty Nationwide Golf Membership introduced world-renowned chef Stephen Yen has been named Govt Chef of the distinguished membership.  A graduate of the famed French Culinary Institute, Yen has served as Govt Chef at TAO NYC, Sugarcane Uncooked Bar & Grill, Catch, an Omakase at Morimoto and Sous Chef at Fatty Cue.
In his earlier capability as Company Govt Chef for Paige Hospitality, Yen was the inventive drive and culinary director behind almost 20 venues, together with lodge properties, sports activities bars, quick informal and full-service eating places.
Following his tenure at Paige Hospitality, Yen grew to become the Company Chef of Grand Banks (Tribeca), Island Oyster (Governors Island), and Pilot (Dumbo) in NYC.
